HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Picked up a few extra Strawberry Cough 2 gram pods, after trying one of the pods - The energy boost, mood and focus makes this one of my favorite sativas I’ve tried so far at Modern Herb CO. I do love the Maui Wowwie, and Sour Diesel - I just feel Strawberry Cough gives me the best energetic effects that I’m looking for, and while I didn’t taste too much strawberry taste, I did lose my sense of smell and taste about a year ago thanks to the Cov 😵 And even a year later, still finding it hard to taste every flavor note in all the Modern Herb Co pods I’ve purchased, but if you need something to pick you up, and get you focused (gaming, movies etc) Well this is the strain for you! I highly recommend it! It’s better than Strawberry Haze in my personal opinion.

These jawns are legit. I'm loving all the strains I got. The strawberry haze/cough, pineapple Express, Maui wowie, Sour diesel, wedding cake, GMO, Larry og, but my favorite has to be the purple Hindu Kush 💥🔥

I'm familiar with the cultivar, Strawberry Cough, and it was a blast from the past when I opened up this vape pod! The strawberry funk slapped me upside the head. It is said that some sativas are meditative, some are energetic, and some are trippy.
