We reserve the right to refuse returns. That being said, The Hemp Collect ethos is founded on ensuring we provide the best products and service to our bulk customers and consumers. We go above and beyond to ensure the safety and efficacy of the things we sell and to ensure transparency and accurate expectations are set with our products prior to purchase.
We understand that in spite of all this, there are variables that could impact your satisfaction with the purchase so we offer exchanges and returns to help out. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to avoid exploitation of our policy although nearly all unopened items returned within 5 days of receipt (that are undamaged on the customer’s part) would qualify.
In instances where there was an error on our part we will always make it right and issue either a full return or credit to ensure the best experience with our company.

We offer optional insurance via SavedBy which starts at $0.97, and scales with order size. If for any reason you have issues, you will receive a refund or replacement.
What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
Optional add-on insurance at checkout that covers your order for any reason — late or lost delivery, damage, a product that doesn't work, or you simply didn't love it. Get a refund or replacement, no debate. This is separate from our standard refund policy, which is what will be defaulted to if Saved by Insurance wasn’t purchased at the time of order.
