HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Noticed that the pods are no longer colore, but white which makes it difficult to see the concentrate. These white pods seem to run out in half the time... Still great while last!
We had a gap out on the colored ones and while we were waiting for those to land we used these white ones we had one hand for another brand we're launching (Aura, a nic free nic alt). The colored ones are coming back. Thank you for this feedback!

This is the first farm bill compliant product I have purchased that actually felt like real cannabis. Distillate and fake live resin carts (MuhaMeds, TreHouse, other distillate carts) do not come close to the quality of this product. I was skeptical due to the poor reputation of the hemp market in general, but this really does feel like dispensary grade product. The only caveat is that these pods are quite smelly compared to other carts. It smells like straight up DHV and will leave your pockets/bags smelling like gas. Definitely not a stealth vapor device (especially with the big clouds) but the effects make it worth it. You are not going to regret this purchase.

This is a sweet little strain but it can make me edgy and I prefer the Diamond hybrids. Pods are awesome!
Ok this is interesting because usually its the reverse for people. The liquid diamonds have higher potency and slightly less CBD which can cause more anxiousness for some. Sometimes the terpenes found in Sativas can be racier feeling for some people and this is dependent on each persons endocannabinoid system and receptors but seeing this was a hybrid so we are perplexed. Uncut is best for a more balanced high thats flavor forward while LD prioritizes potency over flavor. Thank you for taking time to share your experience

Honestly hands down the best brand I have ever tried. I've tried numerous brands and strains and I came across the hemp collection and I'll never shop elsewhere again.
Would not have said wedding cake if I were guessing, but the flavor is very good. It tastes as I would imagine it would were I actually smoking the plant. The effects do not feel initially as punchy as thca live diamond vapes but the overall ride is smoother and longer. Great quality, would order again.

How do I know when the battery is fully charged?
Hi Sara, thanks for asking! The pod battery should charge in about an hour or so. While sharging the indicator light will stay on, flashing 3x then turning off once fully charged. It's normal for the battery to flash 3x when unplugged from the charger. ✨
