HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

But I really love MHC overall, and especially that now the liquid diamonds come in a pod. Especially 2g capacity, it’s a good value for your dollar. Everything you buy from these guys will absolutely hit. I’ve purchased Pineapple Express a few times now since the high is super well rounded for what I need. Rainbow Runtz is no different, it’s super potent and flavorful. I found the high to be semi couch-locky but also heavily focused, so great for movies or games for sure! It also made me quite hungry :)

I ordered a 2g refill pod and I love the size of the 2g and the different flavors. Hands down the best vape I have. Never gets clogged, discreet and small, awesome feel.
For me, the smell is mango, strawberry, pineapple, banana candy, orange, and lime with an overall bright and zesty aroma with a subtle stank far in the background and a fading memory of Haze. The flavor hit me differently, being more pine and cedar wood chips with musky Kush. It is a fast hitter with couch lock, and a spaced out, meditative, calming trip.
I really dislike the sweet flavored vapes out there. This stuff is much more like taking a hit of good flower. Liquid Diamonds rocks, and the Indica puts me to sleep EVERY night!

Getting to try many of the strains this July. I don't like to really compare with one-another on a broad scale because each is it's own experience entirely, which is exactly what they should be. Each one has been exceedingly consistent in quality and it would a very hard toss to pick a favorite. As for this Rainbow Runts, its a hard hitter and great all rounder. It packs a punch for sleep and pain relief, while maintaining a "clean" and clear minded high which is great for anxiety and having to perform task throughout the day. The notes are highly exceptional, hardware is top-notch for the industry and certainly for a pod system. Genuinely a treat for anyone looking to try it!
