HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste from this Wedding Cake Pod! First puff, tasted some vanilla and on my second puff I got more of the well rounded Cake taste. Feels like I’m making a fresh cake, when vaping on this throughout the day.
It’s a Hybrid, but for me I feel like it leans more towards the Sativa side, so I find myself being more active overall vs slumped over and tired after work.
Hybrids and Sativas are my favorites right now as I have ADHD, and I don’t like using Indicas during the day since it makes me feel tired - But at night, I do vibe with Larry OG and Purple Hindu Kush!
Anyway - You can’t go wrong with this pod! Tastes just like the flower and each and every hit I took was smooth, with a slight frosting exhale. Great hybrid and I highly recommend it!

A couple of things. The MHC pod system is efficient. You can easily swap them out to try different strains, and based on your mood or need switch between hybrids, sativas, and indicas. Right now I am really enjoying the Live Resin Uncut Wedding Cake. It has a nice calming effect, but not a total couch lock. It has a nice cake, earth- like taste. This is my main go to. Also, I really enjoy the full flavor and steady effects with the live resin uncut pod vs the liquid diamonds. I find the liquid diamonds a bit too harsh for me and less flavor. I hope MHC will make a 2 gram soon for the live resin uncut pods. Thanks!

Strongly recommend the uncut pod collection! Wedding cake was such a pure tasting pod with a smooth finish.
This Wedding Cake didn't jump out at me with a bold and distinct character, but it is still great, and that is a testament to the quality. There may be a slightly bready note in the flavor, and it's slightly Hazy, and there is maybe some distant vanilla and earthy woodiness. It's quite middle-of-the-road in flavor for me, but it is nicely potent, with a fast-acting indica side that dominates the experience, and a chill, meditative sativa side that lasts a good while. The fact that it's not my favorite strain, and yet it's still awesome, says something!

These are the guys best stuff you can get in states where cannabis isn’t legal. Took a trip not that long ago to check out the cannabis scene in Portland OR where this company is based out of. They offer the same quality of cannabis that you can get in Portland but ship to most states. They are a 10/10 company love them.
