    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

    WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

    By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

    We do ship to different parts of the world using different carriers. Contact us to discuss further details.

    HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

    All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

    • Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
    • Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
    • We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

    DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

    Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

    Itโ€™s a pretty good 510 battery small pocketable and pretty well built for 20$ Iโ€™d recommend it

    Pretty radical, indeed! The MHC Palm Threaded Battery was built to be compact, solid, and just plain reliable. plus you can dial in the temp just right (we recomends 3v or lower for our carts!) I can't remember the last time I needed to charge mine. It's been a couple carts. Glad this battery suits your needs, we appreciate the rec! ~CZ

    I didn't really expect much for $20, but...

    I wasn't sure I was going to like this battery, but Modern Herb's 510 carts don't work well with some of my others. I wasn't excited about the size at first, with a cart attached, but decided to try it out anyway.

    A couple of draws later, this is probably now my favorite battery. I had started to move from MHC's 510 carts to their pod/battery setup, and I still really like those for portability and discreetness, but I've fallen back in love with the 510 carts again - because of this battery. Now, I'll always have a place for both pods and 510s.

    TL;DR - Just buy it and try it. This is the best battery I've encountered to fully enjoy MHC's high-quality 510 carts.

    There are so many cart batteries, it can be hard to find the right one. The Palm battery is a tank, not the smallest, but that just means more time between charges. We love the variable temperature settings, so you can enjoy a variety of carts, and get the temp dialed in to your preferences. PS: We recommend staying under 3 volts with our vapes for the best flavor and to get the most out of it. Happy Puffing!

    The Palm battery is a tank! Making it easy to dial in the right temp for each cartridge. Live resin does best at lower temps, youโ€™ll get the most battery life on this setting, too. Enjoy!

    If You Care

    Im a live resin head and have to have a lower temp battery or I wont hit my cart. Why burn the higher quality oil you pay for? To me its like a mastered song played through a crappy speaker. Its a nice compact size, good charge, hits nice ๐ŸคŸ

    This is our number 1 tip for getting the most out of Live Resin vapes. ~High temps can overheat the resin and negatively affect flavor. Nobody wants that! Our Palm battery has variable heat settings, so you can enjoy a variety of carts, not just our live resin. Cheers!

    Does it turn off?

    This battery is good but the instructions to turn it off...don't turn it off? It just cycles through the different heat settings when you click the button 5x like the instructions.
    ...or maybe it's super easy and I just enjoyed myself a bit too much ๐Ÿ˜…

    what does it mean when the light is red? even after i charged it it remained red, when i first got it it was green but when it died turned red and stayed red. also tried the tree click thing and i donโ€™t see any single or double light

    Red should only mean it isn't charged. Have you tried using a different outlet, cord, box to ensure all those aren't the issue? If so please send a video showing it plugged in and you trying to turn it on after 10 sec and we will refund you or get you a new one out- let us know your preference with the video if you still don't get it to turn on. Our customer support is available via the chatbot live during business hours. We will get that resolved for you if its having issues.
