HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

First off, Great pod!!! I tried all the new Rosin strains. They all SLAP!
I will add onto this that when I ordered the pods, 2 out of 3 of my pods came in non-functioning. They did reimburse me after sharing proof of them not working, but the 1g carts have all functioned perfectly fine! I ordered the pods as soon as they dropped so it's possible I got the early batch with QC issues, but still I had to share.

Excellent product. So smooth. I took advantage of the buy 1 get one half which i think is a more reasonable price. Would love to see these in a 1g for 50 pods. I think it would help the Viscosity flow better and smoother. I still smoke on mine now but if I leave it upside down it gets stuck at the top of the 1g pods and it comes down when its ready. . This one is the best I have had and I have official been through both and ever uncut pod. GMO slaps. Im getting the concentrate next cause I feel like this is a real treat and I respect how clean the process of extraction is. No chemicals and it is better than smoking the flower. The flavor profile is spot on all terps no artificial flavor.

I bought my pod starter kit a little over a year ago on a whim from my local coffee shop/dispensary. I had been using a classic 810 battery setup but they always got clogged or started leaking out of the mouthpiece leaving me with stained teeth and a bad taste in my mouth. From the first draw I was converted. Smaller setup fits better in my pocket and the pods never clog or leak. Iβve been through 15 or so with zero issues! Now that my go to source has stopped carrying them I placed my first order direct this past weekend and Iβm floored! The shop would only carry one strain of sativa hybrid and indica so imagine my surprise when I went to the website and saw all the options I had been missing out on! I appreciated the handwritten note on my packing slip along with some extra goodies thrown in! I canβt wait to place my next order! π€π»
I ordered the pod with the battery and charged it all night. It still wonβt work. I pressed the side button too. Am I doing something wrong or is it just not working?
Is the light on the battery coming on when you click the button while the pod is on the battery? If not: Make sure the sticker is removed off the pod bottom before putting it on the battery. Make sure the pods metal connection area and the batterys are unobstructed and can make contact. Make sure to click the battery 5x quickly with the pod attached- if you do it slow it wont work. You will see the light flash to tell you its on then light will go back off and not turn on again unless you take a puff.
