HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I’m like the taste, effects, quality, and price of these og kush and the other diamonds. They are all great quality and I would say top of their particular line. Price is great. Shipping is quick. Customer service is really quick to fix issues. I had a couple pods break and they asked for pictures and told me it was a known issue they were fixing. First time user here and I went with the Purple Hindu Kush! This flavor and a few others I’ve tried so far are very good, I’m very happy with the purity and these devices and pods vape. There’s good airflow but not too much making warm enough vape to taste what’s needed without popping juice in your mouth.
I have to say the OG Kush is my favorite right now but have Gelato and GMO otw and I highly doubt they’ll disappoint!

OG Kush is not the best flavor, I would recommend a different indica flavor if you want one.
Sorry to hear this didnt land for you! Kush isnt for all. Personally recommend the Larry OG for an earthy funky classic! Maui is very popular for a lighter vibe but not an indica.

To me, the smell is lemon, orange, and hoppy like an India Pale Ale beer. The flavor is petroleum exhaust with citrus, musky Kush, and tiny hints of vanilla and skunk. The effect is fast-acting, with thought-calming and somatic relaxation. I've experienced a lot of OG Kush coming out of the greater San Francisco area in the 2010s, and the smell and flavor profile on this vape pod doesn't strike me as what I know as OG Kush, BUT maybe there are several different phenotypes of OG Kush, and maybe this vape pod uses one that I don't happen to be familiar with. It's difficult to say with so much polyhybrid breeding happening, resulting in so much diversity. Pair that with the potential for mislabeling, and sometimes one man's "Blueberry" is another man's "Haze", etc.! I will say that I detected what I consider to be the true OG Kush profile in Modern Herb Co.'s Larry OG. At the end of the day though, this OG Kush vape pod has a banging petroleum-exhaust and citrus-focused flavor that has a classic "stoned in the head" effect. Nicely done!
