HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I don’t see why they act like their products are made with pure gold, they don’t get me high either, $40 for 2 grams isn’t worth it, other brands can deliver better effects for the same price with more distillate, i can get 3.5 of THC-A live Rosin dispo for $30-$35

From the outside, it’s easy to compare prices without seeing what goes into making the product. Pretty good! It’s just rough on the throat, really wish these diamond pods were stronger/smoother! Could use an extra kick to its potency for sure! but thats my opinion on all the liquid diamond pods.please make these stronger!
Hey friend seems like you prob have a higher tolerance than most as many find Liquid Diamonds to be a stronger potency. It's less flavor-forward than our Uncut & Rosin because to add potency all Liquid Diamond products (not just ours) have diamonds in them to make the higher potency and diamonds are not a smooth flavor. We spent a lot of time formulating our Liquid Diamonds to still be flavorful (the craft live resin does this & note most other live resin vapes are just terpenes not live resin) and as smooth as possible. Another option that is strong but smoother will be Modern Herb Co Rosin or Uncut lines or our Blacksheep brand which is our strongest but compared to Modern Herb Co its cannabis flavor x fruit flavor vs MHCo is pure cannabis flavor.
Tastes really good and not chemically. Strong hit that makes you active.

Product is potent and resembles dispensary grade carts, flavor and smoke wise. It's a manageable perfect high unlike the dispo ones that will send you too far from 2-3 hits. This is much more controllable and you can comfortably gage where you are and where you want to be. The smell is good but discreet as it doesn't smell too strong out in public.
Perfect potency to control your day if you want a light upper or you wanna go all the way, I personally take 2 puffs before my walks and maybe some along the way and it’s perfect, other times if I’m tryna have some fun I’ll do 5-6 and it’s perfect , tastes nice, smooth, long battery life aswell, good pulls

To me, this Sour Diesel has lemon candy right up front in the flavor and smell. Sour lemon and bitter lime notes are surrounded by the candy sweetness, and then backed up by the savory diesel fuel funk. I think there may be a distant touch of Haze in there too, which is like a funky fruitiness. The effect is split between energetic and trippy, to me. A classic sativa done well.
