HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I had a problem with my battery where I was pulling and the battery and pod tasted burnt so they really helped me get a replacement because this is one of the best companies in the world. Lemon OG didn’t taste great last time but when I hit it this time I love that notes of lemon an skunky taste. Definitely dispensary quality!
Again, great mix. Awesome flavor. The flavor varies between pods ever so slightly, but in general I really love this lemon OG. Sometimes I get some pretty sticky pods though. It makes me sad to feel that sticky film, knowing it’s not going to be a vaporized… flavor, wasted. So I can’t give you a five until these pods are “where they need to be”. I don’t think I’ve had any trouble with your carts, but those are an additional five bucks… Maybe it has something to do with the mailman and the mail? Those pods are made of a flexible/squeezable, plastic and come in an envelope not a box, and so… If pressure was put on the package, via weight of the surrounding mail while being shipped, or any other way… it could cause leakage. So maybe it would be beneficial to put these orders in a box instead of an envelope/padded envelope? I think that might be a good idea. other than that it would be really cool if you guys came up with a decent savings program for the physically disabled. For people who can prove they are physically disabled and unable to work. You can be on deaths door step, and doctors, these days won’t really help. I have a buy my relief from y’all these days. So it would be really great if I could get on some kind of program. I would easily spend 200 bucks a month with you or more if it, if I could make it last throughout an entire month, like a prescription. I know that this is a legal/recreational company … But for some people…….. it’s much more, It’s serious.

Hey friend seems like you prob have a higher tolerance than most as many find Liquid Diamonds to be a stronger potency. It's less flavor-forward than our Uncut & Rosin because to add potency all Liquid Diamond products (not just ours) have diamonds in them to make the higher potency and diamonds are not a smooth flavor. We spent a lot of time formulating our Liquid Diamonds to still be flavorful (the craft live resin does this & note most other live resin vapes are just terpenes not live resin) and as smooth as possible. Another option that is strong but smoother will be Modern Herb Co Rosin or Uncut lines or our Blacksheep brand which is our strongest but compared to Modern Herb Co its cannabis flavor x fruit flavor vs MHCo is pure cannabis flavor.
This is an absolutely exquisite expression of lemon OG, and a great pick for anyone who likes limonene-forward earthiness from their indicas.
I keep coming back to this one. A+

I was trying to hit it but pod tasted a little different almost like a burnt taste. Not sure if it’s from long pulls it’s almost like the resin is stuck.

Really digging the lemon OG!! This is a very relaxing strain that will make your anxious feelings disappear. Have been struggling with some arthritis as well and am really in a lot less pain and discomfort after using the lemon OG. Really impressed!!

I’m very particular when it comes to my vaping experience and I must say this is by far the best product out there.
