HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

We do ship to different parts of the world using different carriers. Contact us to discuss further details.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

  • Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
  • Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
  • We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Thoughts so far

I just ordered this pod kit on October 6th! I’ve always used street carts and flower, but they all feel so synthetic and fake. I’ve spent months researching to find something that truly captures the natural expression and experience of the plant—and this company seems to do exactly that. The prices are great, and from everything I’ve seen, this brand is legendary. I haven’t received my order yet, but honestly, don’t hesitate—this looks like the real deal.

Also, does anyone know how long shipping usually takes after purchasing? I’m in Virginia.

Hey friend! Would love to know how you found us- we want to meet more people exactly like you that care about quality so this feedback helps us a ton! We ship from NC and we have had some fluctuations with ship times where we were a bit behind and taking 4-5 days but as of today the team just got all orders out including ones just placed to day so those shipped within 3 hrs. Our standard window we aim for is 24-48 hours though.

Ive had the pod system for a while now, and all i can really say is that i love it. I’ve been looking through local smoke shops trying to find something almost like this, but most of the ones i found were only marketing gimmicks with their COA saying most of the oil is D8. I personally HATE D8, it really makes my head hurt and it is just not for me. After seeing the COAs for these, i was really excited and bought one right away. Right at the first hit, i could tell there was no delta 8 in there, even after hitting it repeatedly it didn’t give me the headaches other “THC-a” carts/dispos give me. Overall, i LOVE it.
