HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I was really excited to see MHC come out with these live rosin vapes. I love their live rosin dabs, so I figured I'd really like this as well. I bought a GMO one and a Tropicanna Cherry one to try. These are *almost* as flavorful as doing live rosin dabs, within reason. I say *almost* because I use a Zenco for my dabs usually, and that puts out a lot of vapor. For what these are, and the size, they do a very good job of producing flavorful vapor, just on a much smaller scale.
I see these as a portable and discreet way to enjoy quality MHC live rosin, on the go. My only regret is that .15g ain't gonna last too long, at least for me. I'd love to see a little more in there, but that would take a larger battery or a charging port, and either of those would increase the size and cost of the unit. I'm guessing they figured out the sweet spot for this kind of form factor, and that's what we got.
As it is, it's a great and economical way to sample/try out MHC's live rosin. If you like these Tiny Tokers, you'll like the live rosin dabs. Would love to see this formulation in 510 carts or even pods. Hope that's in the works.

First off, I love MHC and have been using them for quite some time now. I have had some issues with the disposables and pods having a burnt taste here and there but that’s it. I was hoping these little guys would pack the punch I wanted but it seems like within the first few hrs of use they start to have a really burnt taste to them. I’m not sure how much .15g usually lasts some folks but it didn’t even last through the day. I went through four in four days. It’s probably just me ripping the heck out of them but still was expecting something more potent and longer lasting. Needless to say I will continue buying the pods which I think are the best on the market! If these rosin extracts come in a better built vape and less prone to the burnt taste, I would for sure buy again!
Hi Aus, thank you for sharing this — and for being such a longtime supporter. I hear you on the puff count and the burnt taste — that’s frustrating when it doesn’t line up with expectations. Tiny Tokers usually contain around 30 puffs, but that number can vary a lot depending on draw style and tolerance. Shorter puffs (1–3 seconds) give lighter effects and more overall puffs, while longer or deeper inhales will run through the Rosin faster. The burnt taste you noticed likely came from the coil running dry and overheating, which can happen once the Rosin is used up.
These were designed as a first taste of our pure Rosin vapes, and part of why we launched them was to test new hardware and quickly learn what’s working and where we can improve. They are the highest potency option in the Modern Herb Co line, so a little does tend to go a bit further depending on tolerance, but I completely hear you that the experience didn’t hold up the way you hoped.
Your feedback helps us shape where the Rosin line grows next, and I’m grateful you gave them a try even with the bumps. From the moment I opened the package, I was hit by the aroma from the rosin. Super pungent with citrus and earthy flavor to it. Hands down one of the best I've had. My only gripe is with how small it is. Hopefully a .5 or 1g is eventually released.
I was excited to try this and was not disappointed! Laser focused from the first draw which makes it perfect for a gaming session or getting some otherwise tedious chores done! I love the compact design that keeps discretion in mind.
