HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

This is probably my favorite flavor from the Modern Herb Co. lineup. It is Kush-forward with that wonderful musky funk, and a turpentine and citronella smell. The flavor is musky Kush with shea butter, incense, lemon-lime, and gasoline in the background. Wonderfully relaxing effect; I call it hippie heroin.

I almost gave it 4 stars because the only thing I don’t like is how fast it goes! it could be just a little bit stronger to hit even better but it still hits good. Really wish this came in 2g and wish there was a liquid diamond version. But this is better than the liquid diamonds imo. I’ve had a hash rosin cartridge of Hindu Kush from somewhere else and this one is just as good.

This LiveTHCAuncut indica pod is top shelf stuff man. It mellows you out and melts you into the couch/bed as if you were molasses. It melts all the stress, cares, and worries of the day and makes my tv time at night so much more enjoyable. The flavor hits me with a savory, umami musk (which I associate with kush) and a gasoline-like fuel note. I can't tell if it's the power of suggestion by virtue of "purple" being in the name, but I feel there may be a distant note of lavender too! The effect is fast-acting and relaxing. Solid!

It's pretty good
These are the guys best stuff you can get in states where cannabis isn’t legal. Took a trip not that long ago to check out the cannabis scene in Portland OR where this company is based out of. They offer the same quality of cannabis that you can get in Portland but ship to most states. They are a 10/10 company love them. Indica has always been my favorite out of the three and this pod delivers, taste amazing, and has the best effects.
