HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

This is my favorite of the Modern Herb Co lineup. Pods may vary with the batch, but this last one I got had a fresh smell of mango and tangerine. The vaped flavor is tangerine, floral, funky diesel & gasoline, old motor oil, a fresh zestiness that I associate with Mexican landrace, pineapple, a hint of vanilla earthiness that reminds me of OG Kush, and a fishy, garbage note in the background! And folks, do not get me wrong! That funky garbage note that I detect is actually what I want MORE of in the cannabis scene! Funky cultivars HIT! Keep up the good work!

When I first opened this, I was hit with the Haze smell. It's a sexy, funky orange smell to me, and Haze has been a favorite of mine for a long time. The flavor has lots of diesel up front, with pine, Haze, and musk. I found over time that a rosemary note was hiding in there too. This is one of those sativas where the effect gradually builds after hitting it; some people call that a "creeper". It gives me a creative energy. Super stuff.

Tastes of straight bud with a lemon hint. Stellar quality & potent effects without any paranoia. The only thing is I wish the batch I got was a litter fresher…it was about a year old. But it’s still an excellent pod & flavor nonetheless!
