HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

From the start, I got a free sample edible with my first purchase as well as a legal release stating the cart is hemp derived and federally legal. I received the cart today and am beyond happy! I think it’s a good product, but it is pretty darn expensive. Also I ordered the Larry OG and Dogwalker, they both cracked at the mouthpiece which makes me question the materials the cart itself is made out of.
Hey Benjamin: Most THCa products are primarily D8 (check COA's) & since D8 is cheaper they sell for less. Our Hi-Lites vapes are THCa+D8 & are cheaper for that reason. Pure THCa (like our Uncut) costs more because its a more expensive extract. On the cracking- this could be your battery. A simple un-flavored , old time herb smoke. Un-cut gives all the taste . Good effect to your head and body.
It smells and tastes complex and quite rich. Inclined to believe quality and uncut claims due to complex high. Smells amazing. A little more sedating than I thought it would be, or I might just be ripping it way too hard. Keep the voltage low to enjoy the taste.

These cartridges are the highest quality thca carts I have found. Not meant to be the most potent, but the taste is superb and a very balanced product. The cbd addition helps with nausea more if using medicinally too.

Loved carts from secret nature and elyxr before this, but the flavors always threw me off over time even though those companies are very good with their flavors. Just didn't have that dabby flavor I enjoy. These taste like a fresh dab and are very high quality. Maui was the bomb.
The main difference with this one and other companies is that no one (we have found yet in this Industry) makes a full Uncut option like this, everything else is close but this is 100% pure. That preserves the most terpenes possible.
