HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship to different parts of the world using different carriers. Contact us to discuss further details.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

  • Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
  • Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
  • We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Good quality wax but poor quality device

I have ordered many of these in multiple different strains, and it just feels very hit or miss in terms of a good experience. A large portion of the time, it feels as if the device is not wicking properly which results in small pulls and a bad taste. I have also noticed that they tend to burn easy on the charger even if they’re only on there for about 10 minutes. Outside of the device, when it is a good pull or a good experience, I do enjoy them. Thinking of switching to the 510 carts, but these are more convenient.

Have attempted to contact customer support through email and phone, but have not received any word on any of my faulty devices. Wish I did not have to come to a review to receive that.

Hey friend- we are phasing this hardware out and getting ready to launch a new one that solves all these issues. They are being made now and will be launching soon. Our vape oil is terpene rich and has been causing some issues but we worked with the largest and most established hardware company to get better options for our oil. Thank you for being with us and we will always fix anything thats an issue on our end. My first order for the 2g Jack Herer disposable hardly hits even when doing a blinker and has almost no taste. I just recieved my 2nd order because i had to give it another shot. The uncut and the diamonds are amazing and taste great. Would likely be 5 stars if my first device wasnt faulty. Gonna try the pods next.

With the added Liquid Diamonds, the oil’s a thicker consistency, so taking blinkers or long pulls right away can actually make it harder for the wick to fully saturate — giving it a few smaller, gentler puffs first usually brings the flavor and vapor right back.

Mostly good but!!

I have tried most of there products have been a customer over a year and been completely happy with one exception.There is an incident where I received a bad pod and all I got was a bunch of gibberish about how I should make it work which I tried and failed so I threw the damn thing out. I Ave probably bought at least fifty items and this is how I got treated.
