HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Initially discovered modern herb through their pod system at the hemp store I work at. I've been wanting to try ordering THCa flower for a while now, but could never find a brand with consistent reviews... until I looked up people's opinions on MHC! Decided to give it a try and WOW. Strawberry strudel may be the most impressive nose on a strain I've ever come across in my few years of smoking. It's so strawberry-ey, but also so gassy and creamy at the same time. Certainly lives up to being a sativa too! As a video editor, this strain really jogged my creativity/motivation... also made me introspective in certain respects. If you're a doer or a thinker with flower, this strain rocks. Overall just so impressed with this brand and am so appreciative of their kindness, their attention to detail, and the quality of their products. I'll likely try some more strains soon, but mainly excited for whenever there's another new drop! Thanks modern herb! :)

The first thing about this strain that really grabbed me was the smell. A very strawberry-berry smell with an undertone of tea makes for a very enjoyable scent. Strawberry has a lot of what I like in a sativa, a great uplifting cerebral buzz coupled with a nice relaxation that keeps anxiety at bay. This is a great strain for depression, anxiety, and stress.

This was my first try of a sativa strain and I'M SOLD! The flowers are a nice texture for grinding. The flavor is mild and mellow, but what an effect! I was mellow but my energy level wasn't! How great is that?!?!

This was pretty good. It looked great, wasn’t as pungent as I hoped, but did the job fairly well. It’s not a big head hitter, but I enjoyed it.
Awww dang it!!!! Flower is so hard! When I have gone to smell this it's been one of the stankier options so I always recommend it to people. I'm bummed to hear the one you got wasn't as terpy! We short pack these to hold low inventory so they stay fresher. The one that has been the most consistent is the Purple Hindu Kush (it even tastes like it smells), it's also more punchy in effect. The Strawberry Strudel definitely exceeds my expectations. The flavor profile develops nicely throughout the session, and 2-3 hour peak effects window was very helpful on Christmas. This was my first time trying flower from here and I must say it was quite amazing. Initially opening the jar, you're hit with this amazing strawberry 🍓 gassy smell. Light green bud, orange hair, somewhat sticky. Tasted amazing, very mellow chill high for getting things done.
