HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I would never have known what a Rhubarb was until I stumbled upon this gem. The taste is pretty good. It reminds me of what it was like in the beginning to smoke some good ole school Strawberry Cough in my newbie days. I'm more of an Indica guy these days, but I got these for that first half of the day energy. The comedown is still relaxing enough to wind down hours later. Furthermore, you're going to get some sort of a hempy taste with most edibles but it's faintly there with these. They are definitely pleasant to dose with, as you can see my stash is near gone. I recommend taking 1/2.

I am surprised how quickly I started to notice these start to take effect. I mildly start to feel the effects after 30 minutes, which I hadn’t experienced from other companies Delta 9 gummies before. Normally I don’t notice any effects till 2 to almost 3 hours. When 2 hours goes by, these hit very potently in a good way. I have a low tolerance, so it doesn’t take much for me. These are well worth the money, especially with each gummy at 21mg strength. Of course, the more you ingest, the longer the effects last. I let these dissolve under my tongue which may be why I feel the effects more quickly. They practically melt in your mouth pretty fast. I enjoy the taste, they taste better than some other companies I’ve tried. If you don’t just chase it with a drink. I will be purchasing these again in the near future.

Ok love this! Straw Rhubarb is a well-loved flavor for people who like a little more balance in sweetness and tartness, whereas Huck leans a bit sweeter. Would love additional feedback to know if it was the flavor specifically or the sweet-to-tart ratio.
