HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

We do ship to different parts of the world using different carriers. Contact us to discuss further details.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

  • Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
  • Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
  • We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Subtle sway towards sleep

I’ve been using the CBD oil for a few weeks now. It’s a subtle sway towards sleepiness without overpowering. Takes time to figure out the proper dose but the bottle does give recommendations. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it in my regular rotation of bedtime products, as I’m still weighing out its effectiveness. Still worth a try for anyone interested!

Anita thanks for this feedback- you nailed it. Our goal with this tincture is to remove barriers from being able to relax and rest versus forcing you to close your eyes like melatonin would. This should bring a calming, effect that tells your body and mind to be still so you can sleep when ready. We can definitly consider another version that forces sleep. Ill take this to the RnD team!

I worked iN CBD shop where we sold basically but would be on this page. I know the quality of and collect this is a steal. We both pay $50 for 200 mg of some BS CBD.. if you know anyone who suffers from epilepsy or has seizures or suffers with pain, I would recommend this exact item on this exact shop. This is the real deal. CBD got kind of a backlash because people weren’t noticing effects. Especially in the medical community using excuses that CBD is not effective. Well when you’re in a gas station and you see something that says CBD for $25 100 mg. Yeah, I would bet it’s not gonna work. If I knew someone who suffered from something like epilepsy, this is exactly where I would tell them to buy their oil. This van only $40 kind of blows my mind especially the amount of milligrams and at this quality.

They Can Not be Stopped!

Brand Loyalty is not the correct verbiage. I love that I can depend on them to have the only CBD product actually show me what real CBD can do. I have REAL Insomnia, like no sleep at all some nights. Since this arrived four days ago-I have slept four nights in a row. You guys really out did yourself with this product. Had to leave a review for those on the fence.

The title here made us a laugh hard thank you for that. Love this energy and its really felt through the computer and we want to send a high five back to you. Not being able to sleep multiple nights is right up there with a toothache on misery level- we feel for you. Have a few people on our team who struggle with that too and they're are also finding support from the tincture. Want to acnowledge it certainly depends on what is impeding sleep as that can vary widly person to person but in cases of restlessness, racing thoughts, or stress this seems to work well.
