Care Instructions

Maximum washing temperature 30 c, inside out, with like colors. Only oxygen/non-chlorine bleach allowed. Tumble dry at low temperature, max 60 c. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive them.

If there is an out of stock product on your order we will reach out to provide lead times or substitutes for the products(s).

USPS & UPS only provide us with delivery estimates. Service delays that occur after the carrier has picked up the package are out of our control, that being said we will always do our best to provide solutions for delayed packages.

We offer USPS ground advantage and USPS priority. These are both automatically insured for up to $100 including postage. We are unable to submit claims with USPS on your behalf.

UPS ground with adult signature required is also available. This does not include insurance as Route shipping protection rates are much more affordable. This shipping option is only recommended if USPS does not deliver to your area.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

We offer Route shipping protection to ensure orders are covered in the rare case of damage or loss during transit.

Route is an independent third-party shipping insurance provider.
The price you pay for Route protection is the insurance premium for your order. We do not profit from this charge.
Seamless claims with a significantly shorter processing time then USPS. We can initiate a claim on your behalf.

If you choose not to purchase Route shipping protection we’re unable to credit or replace your order if it is damaged or lost in transit. On a case by case basis we will always work with you to find the best solution.

How do you package orders?

We ship our orders discreetly without hinting at the contents inside. Our name on the shipping label & bank charge will show as IHC LLC.

We use the smallest box size that will comfortably fit your order and seal the package with a “Good things inside” decorative reinforced tape. If you would prefer not to have this on your package please leave a note to “ship discreetly” and we will skip the decorative tape for you.

When temperatures are in excess of 80ºF we include ice packs on all orders with caramels.

Ice packs are rated for up to 72 hours and do not guarantee the product to be delivered cold, it is an additional measure to help prevent caramels from getting soft or melting during transit.

Our gummies are made with Fruit pectin and hold up well despite hot temperatures, if you are concerned about temps in your area please leave a note to “include an ice pack on your order”.
