I absolutely love the Day Trio gummies! As a teacher, I refused to get on RX medication to deal with the everyday stresses the education system brings, so this is the perfect alternative. Major plus, it has an appetite suppressant in it, and I have lost over 18 pounds since September! Will not ever stop taking these!
