I would suggest nobody order this phk strain right now I got two of them and and the carts didn't even have the mhc logo on it or nothing like usual and I tried both and they tasted horrible a very weird taste and they instantly made my throat kinda close up and irritated .either its a bad batch that should've been recalled or they didn't properly or fully purge the butane out , and I tried contacting them many times they never pick up the phone or reply to email it's ridiuclous

I sent your review and email to CX team to see whats going on with your ticket and get you set. We were going to gap and used some unbranded carts to keep product moving but it is different hardware and you could have a bad coil but thats rare on two units. If its two units it probably wasn't fully wicked and if you hit it like that it could have frizzed the coil.
Customer service will be reaching out and we will see what happened and can get it replaced if it was hardware fail. If that hardware is an issue we have carts out in our new ceramic CCELL upgraded custom hardware we can replace with. 99% the rosin carts are all in that and most of uncut should be too but we can ask shipping to check and only pull a replacement sku with the CCELL sticker so you get that new hardware.
Thanks for hitting us up here and this would be frustrating regardless of cause and we feel for that and will get it worked out.

I'm blown away by the flavor of this hemp derived THCa live resin. This Maui Wowie Live Resin is truly something I would want to use often and would recommend to anyone who is interested. I found Modern Herb Co on Youtube and I just had to try one of their products because I knew from the way they speak about cannabis and their own products that they know their stuff and care. This vape was made with good airflow in mind. No clogging at all during use. You can expect the fresh taste of pineapple, pine, citrus, and that dank undertone you want from a live resin. Got the wrong type of cartridge. Mine has s pocket for a larger type and shape of filler. The ones I received are cylindrical in shape and can’t be used in my heating pipe. The picture below is what mine looks like!

From product to paperwork, these carts are top notch. From the start, I got a free sample edible with my first purchase as well as a legal release stating the cart is hemp derived and federally legal. I received the cart today and am beyond happy! I smoke everyday and this cart is 10x better than the best delta 9 pen you’ve ever bought from head shop. I haven’t been this high since carts had shit they shouldn’t have had in them lol.
