HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

We do ship to different parts of the world using different carriers. Contact us to discuss further details.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

  • Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
  • Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
  • We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

I’ve tried a few different types of gummies but the mixed berry are my favorite. I struggle with sleeping and these were recommended to me. Great flavor and definitely helps me sleep. I would love to see some more variety in flavors but I honestly have no complaints!

Dispensary Quality, Incredible flavor

I'm so happy I gave these live rosin gummies a try. I usually avoid hemp gummies because mlevery experience I've had was met with a bitter isolate aftertaste that just killed the product for me. Unknown chemicals

Was excited to try these and then saw the label may contain toxic unknown chemicals. Hoping for an all natural one day

Hmmm toxic chemicals? Not sure what you're referring to these definitely aren't that which is the whole point. These are very clean and safe. Rosin is the cleanest you can get and no chemicals are used to make it thats the point, its solventless. We have legal warning state require us to say about being intoxicating but it's not saying these are toxic!

Love the effect on these and as a berry afficiandao I had to sound off here and say that these are up there. I appreciate it isnt fake berry koolaid like everyone else. It's like eating ripe summer fruit and however you guys hd the rosin flavro is nothing short of magic.

Not my favorite

The rosin gummies are excellent quality, and blueberries and blackberries are a personal favorite as well -- but the flavor in this one is lacking and could use some oomph! Go for the delicious Raspberries & Cream or Peaches & Cream.

I'd be thrilled to see this become a stronger flavor such as blackberries and cream or blueberries and cream and leave the mixed berries vibe at the door.

Rosin is VERY hard not to have the green burn which we worked hard to mitigate and the flavors went through 5 rounds of changes to dial them in.
