HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?
All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.
- Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
- Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
- We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.
DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

The effects are really clear headed and not much body high, i dont feel sleepy or heavy at all after taking multiple hits which is exactly what i wanted, really helped calm my anxiety too.
My only complaints are the flavor, it doesnt really taste like anything at all even at a low voltage, i couldnt even describe it to you cause it lacks any scent or flavorwhich was really disappointing :(
Overall i still think its a better option if you live in an area where dispensaries will charge you $50 for a 1g vape, which is probably just distillate.

I smell an OG Kush note like earth and vanilla but behind that there is a fresh, zesty smell and a flavor of Haze, orange, gasoline and lighter fluid with skunk, a seaweed note, and some sweet nuttiness with hint of chocolate. Fantastic, uplifting effect.

Got 1G Live Resin Uncut Golden Goat strain, my tolerance is quite high so I need more to get the effects and thus it's running out quite fast. But the taste is absolutely amazing and is tastes and smells like real flower. Effects are super nice too although the higher CBD count might also contribute to lowering the psychoactive effects. Gonna try my hand at the 2G liquid diamonds and see if they're better. Regardless good product.
Liquid Diamonds has lower CBD content so thats a good next option. Uncut is most favored for the pure live resin and flavor prioritization vs liquid diamonds prioritizes potency and loses a little flavor (not much but some). Uncut will be a more balanced & longer high for most as well.
