How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive them. 

If there is an out of stock product on your order we will reach out to provide lead times or substitutes for the products(s).

USPS & UPS only provide us with delivery estimates. Service delays that occur after the carrier has picked up the package are out of our control, that being said we will always do our best to provide solutions for delayed packages.

We offer USPS ground advantage and USPS priority. These are both automatically insured for up to $100 including postage. We are unable to submit claims with USPS on your behalf.

UPS ground with adult signature required is also available. This does not include insurance as Route shipping protection rates are much more affordable. This shipping option is only recommended if USPS does not deliver to your area. 

What if my order is lost or stolen?

We offer Route shipping protection to ensure orders are covered in the rare case of damage or loss during transit. 

  • Route is an independent third-party shipping insurance provider.
  • The price you pay for Route protection is the insurance premium for your order. We do not profit from this charge.
  • Seamless claims with a significantly shorter processing time then USPS. We can initiate a claim on your behalf. 


If you choose not to purchase Route shipping protection we’re unable to credit or replace your order if it is damaged or lost in transit. On a case by case basis we will always work with you to find the best solution.

How do you package orders? 

We ship our orders discreetly without hinting at the contents inside. Our name on the shipping label & bank charge will show as IHC LLC.

 We use the smallest box size that will comfortably fit your order and seal the package with a “Good things inside” decorative reinforced tape. If you would prefer not to have this on your package please leave a note to “ship discreetly” and we will skip the decorative tape for you. 

When temperatures are in excess of 80ºF we include ice packs on all orders with caramels. 

Ice packs are rated for up to 72 hours and do not guarantee the product to be delivered cold, it is an additional measure to help prevent caramels from getting soft or melting during transit. 

Our gummies are made with Fruit pectin and hold up well despite hot temperatures, if you are concerned about temps in your area please leave a note to “include an ice pack on your order”.

Do you shop nationwide? Internationally?

Due to different state laws not all products are shipped to every state.

  • We do not ship any products to Oregon
  • We do not ship products containing THCa to the following states: CA, CO, ID, MN, OR, RI, and UT

Not strong enough for me but tasty

I don't think I really felt much after taking all 3. They are very tasty. I'm going to buy again and try something different.

Hi friend! These are 10mg per and meant for a mellower high. We have the Modern Herb Co ones thats are 20mg per and Blacksheep is 50mg per. The Modern Herb Co ones have cannabis flavor in them (intentionally) vs Hi-Lites is a fruit only flavor so want to ensure you're ok with that. The Blacksheep has less cannabis flavor if thats important to you- but they are so strong so Id only eat 1/3 of one to begin with if you go that route (wait an hour to feel full effects before eating more). I have started using gummies for convenience...as well as vapes...I got these gummies as a gift and liked the quality so purchased...not super strong good for sleep and when you still need to function...I didn't think gummies would work ..I was wrong. For a little over view (which we plan to get on the website to make it easyier to explore): Highlights is 10mg THC and fruit flavor w/no cannabis flavor, Blacksheep is 50mg per and is mostly fruit flavor with tiny cannabis notes and then Modern Herb Co is 20mg per and is our headier line and has the most cannabis flavor (80% fruit / 20% cannabis) with no bitterness. We have a sleep specific gummy relaunching soon, if you have any prefrences (no melatonin/D8/D9 dose) let us know via chat and we will take it into consideration with this formulation evaluation!
