Shipping policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive them. 

If there is an out of stock product on your order we will reach out to provide lead times or substitutes for the products(s).

USPS & UPS only provide us with delivery estimates. Service delays that occur after the carrier has picked up the package are out of our control, that being said we will always do our best to provide solutions for delayed packages.

We offer USPS ground advantage and USPS priority. These are both automatically insured for up to $100 including postage. We are unable to submit claims with USPS on your behalf.

UPS ground with adult signature required is also available. This does not include insurance as Route shipping protection rates are much more affordable. This shipping option is only recommended if USPS does not deliver to your area. 

What if my order is lost or stolen?

We offer Route shipping protection to ensure orders are covered in the rare case of damage or loss during transit. 

  • Route is an independent third-party shipping insurance provider.
  • The price you pay for Route protection is the insurance premium for your order. We do not profit from this charge.
  • Seamless claims with a significantly shorter processing time then USPS. We can initiate a claim on your behalf. 


If you choose not to purchase Route shipping protection we’re unable to credit or replace your order if it is damaged or lost in transit. On a case by case basis we will always work with you to find the best solution.

How do you package orders? 

We ship our orders discreetly without hinting at the contents inside. Our name on the shipping label & bank charge will show as IHC LLC.

 We use the smallest box size that will comfortably fit your order and seal the package with a “Good things inside” decorative reinforced tape. If you would prefer not to have this on your package please leave a note to “ship discreetly” and we will skip the decorative tape for you. 

When temperatures are in excess of 80ºF we include ice packs on all orders with caramels. 

Ice packs are rated for up to 72 hours and do not guarantee the product to be delivered cold, it is an additional measure to help prevent caramels from getting soft or melting during transit. 

Our gummies are made with Fruit pectin and hold up well despite hot temperatures, if you are concerned about temps in your area please leave a note to “include an ice pack on your order”.

Do you shop nationwide? Internationally?

Due to different state laws not all products are shipped to every state.

  • We do not ship any products to Oregon
  • We do not ship products containing THCa to the following states: CA, CO, ID, MN, OR, RI, and UT

Live Resin D8 Distillate begins with high-quality Oregon-grown hemp flower, fresh frozen as it’s harvested out of the field. The fresh-frozen hemp flower is then extracted making a phytochemically and terpene-rich extract that has more therapeutic potential. Adding strain-specific CBD Live Resin to Delta 8 has been said to induce a more well-rounded experience, closer to the full spectrum effect found in premium cannabis products. I've been working my through all of the D8 dispos I can find on the web and Modern Herb Co is bar-none the best. Smooth, full flavor and easy breezy high. I cannot recommend this stuff enough to anyone who prefers D8.

This is so great to hear, thank you!!!! Delta 8 is tough to rock the true cannabis flavor with but we worked hard to perfect these using real live resin and not just terps like everyone else (and they still just call it live resin but its not fyi). We are going to be remodeling how we do our flavors so we are representing flavors across the main buckets of profiles: gas, fruit, pine, skunk, cheese. This is in progress and is coming end of summer so keep an eye out for new drops! Have the best summer in the meantime and thanks for being a customer ^_^

Quick shipping and delivery, well packaged for shipping, price is about 40% over what id like but quality isn't cheap.

Barb!!! Thank you for this review! Our shipping team is the vibe and they love every review- lights them up! They're hard working and give love to everything that goes out because they want each customer to feel cared for and we are so glad to hear we delivered! In comparison to the products we are in line with which mostly comes from dispensarys- we are typically cheaper. In comparison to the 10gram stews at smoke and vape shops we are more but as you noted- making 'fresh squeezed orange juice' costs more then making 'sunny d'. That being said we intentionally keep our vapes cheaper then we could sell them for to ensure we aren't greedy or cost prohibitive for people wanting safe quality (something thats our mision to serve).
