Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

Modern Herb Co carts and pods are the Best!

I usually order these through a small company in Alabama MCO, but they are currently out of stock. Just found your website and I just have to say these uncut pods and carts taste amazing and feel just great! Just recently moved from a cannabis friendly state to a farm bill state and these are the best I've ever found period. If your looking for the best look no further. The price is well worth it for the qaulity and "feel" your getting. Don't let the small size of the new pod system fool you, these lil guys rip, the amount of smoke they produce is insane. Oh and they are super cute too🥰 Use the pre heat function, you will not be disappointed🤙

Great carts

Picked one up at the local shop after seeing modern herb co online, and it’s actually fire. The high lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and kicks in 5-10 minutes after hit, it’s a very relaxing physical and mental high, I believe the cbd helps to level things out. These have a nice cannabis smell, no mistaking this for a nic vape and a great cannabis taste to match, when you’re vaping these it feels really clean and fresh like a dab. The price is definitely a bit higher per gram than i’m used to paying, but you get what you pay for.

On pricing we are cheaper than most dispensarys live resin 1g vapes which is what we are but yes if you compare us to what we arent (whats at smoke and vape shops where its 7grams for $10) we are more expensive & thats because 'fresh squeezed orange juice' is more expensive to make then 'Sunny D' but we intentionally keep our products more affordable then we could sell them for because we want safe quality not to be cost prohibitive for people. We don't use terpenes like 99% of products in our space do- we use real live resin from craft genetics and remove EVERY water leave so there's no chlorophyl in the extract. Using real live resin vs terps has huge impact on flavor and effect. We also make sure our hardware is lower temp so it doesnt burn the extract (smoother hits, better flavor coming through).
