HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. In some cases a larger order may deplete available floor stock and delay orders from shipping right away. In these cases, a customer service representative will reach out the next business day to inform you of the estimated lead time and offer you a refund if you do not wish to wait.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

By default, we offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly advise it is not removed. In the event your package is lost or stolen this will allow us to take action to get the product replaced. It is rare this happens but we have had packages lost and stolen through USPS and rarely but once through UPS. If you elect not to have the insurance we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship to different parts of the world using different carriers. Contact us to discuss further details.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENTS?

All packages are shipped to minimize aroma which could identify the product as hemp in an effort to deter theft and intervention. The sender is labeled as IHC and not The Hemp Collect for this same reason.

  • Vape cartridges are only shipped through UPS due to regulations that do not allow us to ship with USPS.
  • Flower is shipped in heat-sealed mylar unless another method is requested.
  • We do not package individual 1-pound bags of bulk flower by default. They are bagged bulk by cultivar.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer this through UPS and FedEx standard overnight shipping. Our edibles and moonrocks can be damaged by heat and cold shipping is strongly advised to protect the product. Please note that cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.

If you like the Modern Herb Co. Live THCA Uncut Vapes, You'll LOVE this!

Been hittin' the Maui Wowie and Golden Goat a lot lately. Matter of fact, ran out of both. Have had the Dog Walker and Larry OG too. I found the Sativas to be stronger, however besides the point of this review. Anyways, I decided to look at the website to see what options there are as money is tight for me at the moment. I chose to get a vape instead of flower as I feel I'm able to get more sesh's out of a vape than flower. My tolerance was built pretty high for the Maui Wowie. When I first started vaping it, 5 hits and I was feeling pretty good as I took strolls in nature. As the near ended for that cartridge recently, I found it was taking at least 15-20 hits for me to really start to get those relaxing effects. So, on the website, I found this guy. Read the reviews, read the information on it as far as the THCp aspect, and thought I would try it. How could I go wrong for literally 10 bucks cheaper than the 1g Carts I was tolerating. Plus, this guy is also 2g! Cheaper plus it's like I'm getting a whole other cart for free! Anyways, so I ordered the Garlotti. Wanted that garlicy, earthy tone. Got here today. Currently vaping. And, within the first few hits, a nice, sustained, creative buzz that isn't harsh on the inhale and tastes quite nice. I think the taste may be a slight better on the Modern Herb Co.'s, BUT, this still tastes very nicely. This was my first purchase from this company also. So, when I received my BOX in the mail, I was like, "Really, a box for a cartridge?" Oh no, not JUST a cartridge, but the fine folks at The Hemp Collect through in a couple of samples, stickers, plus another discount code for my future order, which I am planning already. Quality Products. Supreme Customer Service. Like dang. You'd be hard pressed to find better. Enjoy. Now... Back to my vape. PEACE!

These danks are so good, I've probably done 5-6 orders with them and each time they've had crazy deals, I've gotten a 20% off next purchase coupon, and a couple other nic nacs. They've treated me well and I'm based in texas! My fav so far is the mawi wowie cart. The delivery takes about a week but I've never had any issues.
