Having owned and operated cannabis and CBD businesses across retail, product development, distribution, and growing- her expertise coupled with her passion for consumers guides a vision for creating superior goods that raise the industry standard.

Having operated the largest rec cannabis processing, manufacturing, and distribution company in Oregon, Joel brings valuable expertise and strategy to the team through his leadership.
He is passionate about inspiring conversations, the benefits of cannabis, creating products that enhance daily life, and skateboarding.
Brandy
Director of Sales
North Carolina native and co-founder of Buddies brand in Oregon with four years of successful growth due to her sales efforts. She has also worked at Groundworks, a leading cannabis cultivator in Oregon. She led as sales director for their brands Pruf Cultivar and Serra.
A lover of yoga, hash, wine & hanging with her dogs.

Account Manager
Sarah has experience running the coolest cannabis mother room in Oregon and also helped cannabis retail businesses grow through statewide sales distribution.
She is passionate about her pup and balancing life to make time for the things that matter most- like loved ones.
Charlie
Account Manager
Charlie draws from his experience in the high-end service industry where he managed a portfolio of clients for a boutique label. He uses this knowledge to bring depth in the support to his accounts.
Outside the office you’ll find him on his bike, in the water or enjoying good music with friends.
Beth
Production Manager
Beth’s background includes extensive time as a retail manager of cannabis dispensaries across different companies. Her experience in retail sales, purchasing, and customer care makes her a huge asset to our humble team.
Outside the office, you’ll find her gaming with her fiance, walking pups, and being an incredible human who supports friends and family.
Kyle
Product Development
Kyle has helped setup several of Oregons premier extraction labs as well as consulted and built out a variety of cannabis product lines for established industry companies.
He is an extremely talented musician and a member of a cool headlining band called New Constellations. Find him mesmerizing people with his guitar and keyboard skills in between creating haunting sound scores.

Shipping Lead
Eric worked in shipping and packaging for the largest distributor in Oregon and uses that knowledge to keep our department running smoothly. He is a perfectionist with a keen attention to detail that brings invaluable care and attention to our customer orders.
He is a passionate and talented painter who creates brightly colored works of psychedelic art.

Carina brings expertise from working in inventory management and has a keen attention to detail. She ensures products are packaged perfectly before going out.

Bob came to the team for aid with his vision quest to reduce the worlds over dependency on pharmaceutical solutions for humaning.
He enjoys reading picture books in the lobby, staring off into space and consulting on out of this world formulations.
